Aries

MAR 21 - APR 19

You're in love with your mate and he or she feels the same about you, so let's get that out of the way first. Don't doubt the love for a moment. The problem is that, when you love someone so deeply, you can't help but make yourself so vulnerable to the point that you give power over to your partner. It's not a problem if the relationship is running smoothly, but the minute there's a hint of insecurity -- ouch! This week you'll be triggered and you'll be tempted to go Rambo on your lover. Ironically, with Mars moving into your partnership sector on Friday, that's how your mate will know he or she is truly adored.

Taurus

APR 20 - MAY 20

On Thursday Mercury will move into your relationship sector and will stay here for quite a stretch. At the end of the month, he'll turn retrograde and that is a whole other story. For now, pay attention to what conversations you are having with your sweetie. The topics are likely to be about intimacy, shared resources, and all of your secrets and vulnerabilities. The two of you want to get as deep as you can, and with Pluto, your relationship ruler, turning direct on Thursday as well, you will! Single? You could meet someone who instantly lights your fire with smoldering conversation. You'll be hooked.

Gemini

MAY 21 - JUN 20

If you've been flying solo for a while, you might be ready for a change. It's not that you need to be with someone -- you are extremely self-actualized and know that you are whole all on your own. Still, when someone manages to pique your interest, you do enjoy an intellectually and physically stimulating romance. This Friday, Mars moves into your true love sector and there's every indication that, from then until November 19, sparks will fly between you and someone you decide might be actual relationship material. Enjoy the courtship!

Cancer

JUN 21 - JUL 22

If you're single, then your love life is about to get a reboot. Pluto, the ruler of your romance sector, will turn direct on Thursday, helping to get the sludge out of your dead romantic swamp. You could easily find yourself intoxicated by someone you start talking to as Mercury enters the same part of your chart on Thursday. There will be a hint of mystery and intrigue to the person and to the conversation, which will absolutely captivate you. Already dating someone? There might be a continued power struggle between your lover and a relative. It might get ugly. Ouch!

Leo

JUL 23 - AUG 22

The courage to communicate your desire for a relationship is a hallmark of this week's cosmic energy. On Friday, Mars, the planet of assertive drive, will rush into your message sector and remains here through November 19. Because Mars will be in the partnership-oriented sign of Libra, there's no doubt about it -- you're driven to curate and maintain harmonious and mutually satisfying conversations between you and the love of your life. You might boldly declare your love for someone for the first time. It'll be impossible for you to hold back.

Virgo

AUG 23 - SEP 22

There's a heightened urge for you to get into the deepest, most intense conversations this week. So, if you're dating someone, they better not be afraid of sitting in the dark with you and your mind. Mercury will move into Scorpio and your 3rd House of Communication on Thursday while Pluto, the ruler of Scorpio and your 3rd house, happens to turn direct on the same day. There might be a major secret you reveal to your sweetheart that you've previously held back. It'll be good to show your shadow side and know that you're still loved.

Libra

SEP 23 - OCT 22

You're a total hottie this week -- in more ways than one! Venus is in your sign which makes you absolutely gorgeous. On Tuesday, she'll square off with Pluto, amping up the intensity of your sexual allure. You might find out from a family member that someone in your environment is completely obsessed with you! Then, on Friday, Mars will enter your sign, remaining in Libra through November 19. You're oozing sexual power and magnetism without even having to try. Ooo la la!

Scorpio

OCT 23 - NOV 21

The secret is out this week and if you've been involved in a salacious love affair, it's going to get ugly. Is there a love triangle, messy affair, or other complicated romantic scenario happening in your world? Of course there is, Scorpio, because you just don't do simple. You do extreme and this is a week when love gets to a peak of extreme. There could be a messy breakup or caustic conversation. If the love is deep enough however, it'll lead to a breakthrough.

Sagittarius

NOV 22 - DEC 21

Mars, the ruler of your romance sector, will move into your 11th House of Friends and Groups this Friday, changing the game in your love life. If you're single, you might easily find yourself with an opportunity to hook up with a friend. Sure, this might be an invitation for casual sex, but since Mars will be in relationship-oriented Libra, don't be shocked to discover that this one-night stand evolves into an actual thing. If you're already in a relationship, then it's possible that you'll start feeling the need to hide a certain piece of information from your mate. What's going on?

Capricorn

DEC 22 - JAN 19

You might feel as if you've gotten your mojo back this week. On Thursday, Pluto will turn direct in your sign which will turn up the volume on all of your intensity. Your partner is sure to notice that you have a greater sense of urgency to take control of any situation and it seems like he or she will actually enjoy it. What they'll enjoy most is your hunger for a lusty physical encounter. You'll devour your sweetheart this week. In a good way.

Aquarius

JAN 20 - FEB 18

Sexual adventures are about to become your thing, Aquarius -- if they aren't already! On Friday, Mars will move into your 9th house -- the area of your chart that is thirsty for new experiences. You might be interested in pursuing a love connection with someone who has a great deal to teach you, both in and out of the bedroom! If you're in a relationship, you and your partner might assertively pursue new growth activities together. This can be anything like educational, spiritual, or even physical pursuits. It will definitely bring you closer.

Pisces

FEB 19 - MAR 20

Expect an erotic twist to your sex life that will either rattle you or turn you on. Most likely, both! On the extreme end of things, it's possible that you or your partner desire to invite something taboo into your love life. This can be anything from public sex to having someone watch you make love or; indulging in something polyamorous to see if it's a fit. If you're not that experimental, then it's likely to be an added layer of sexual intensity happening between you and your mate that fits your comfort zone for the most part, but still manages to pull you out of it for at least a brief moment.

Tyler Perry received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today, honoring his creation of an entertainment empire spawned by a series of films about the God-fearing, gun-toting grandmother Madea.

Actor Idris Elba, who starred in the 2007 Perry-directed romantic drama “Daddy's Little Girls,” and actresses Crystal Fox and Kerry Washington were among those joining Perry at the ceremony adjacent to the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Hollywood Boulevard.

“My hope is that anyone in this town, because I see lots of people come here with their dreams in their hands and sometimes it doesn't work out or sometimes they give up, and for all those people whose dreams may be on life support, I want you to walk past this star in particular and know that I've been there,” Perry said.

The star is the 2,675th since the completion of the Walk of Fame in 1961 with the first 1,558 stars. The ceremony was held in conjunction with the Oct. 23 premieres of his latest series, “The Oval” and “Sistas,” both on BET.

It came four days before the grand opening of the Tyler Perry Studios at the former Fort McPherson in Atlanta.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Perry's childhood was marked by poverty and a household scarred by abuse.

From a young age, Perry wrote his daily thoughts and experiences in a series of soul-searching letters to himself. The letters provided Perry with the inspiration to write his first play, “I Know I've Been Changed” in 1992.

Perry then wrote 13 plays over the next 13 years, including “Woman Thou Art Loosed!” and “I Can Do Bad All By Myself,” which marked the first appearance of Madea.

Perry would write and star in three more plays about Madea – “Madea's Family Reunion,” “Madea's Class Reunion” and “Madea Goes To Jail” – and 10 Madea movies.

Perry's first television project was the comedy “Tyler Perry's House of Payne,” which debuted in limited-run syndication in 2006 then ran on cable's TBS from 2007-12.

In 2012, Perry signed an exclusive deal with Oprah Winfrey to bring scripted programming to her OWN cable network, beginning with the family comedy “Love Thy Neighbor” and the drama “The Haves and the Have Nots,” which stars Fox.

In addition to the films he writes, directs, stars in and produces, Perry also starred in the 2012 crime thriller, “Alex Cross,” portrayed then-Secretary of State Colin Powell in the 2018 Dick Cheney biography, “Vice,” and Admiral Barnett in the 2009 film, “Star Trek.”

A star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was unveiled this past week honoring Oscar-nominated actor Terrence Howard, coinciding with the season premiere of his Fox hip-hop drama “Empire.”

Former Fox Television Group Chairman and CEO Dana Walden was among those Howard thanked in his nearly three-minute acceptance speech.

“A few years ago I was taken down by Hollywood and was told I would never work again,” Howard said. “But then, a young woman named Dana Walden had faith in me and allowed me to head her show.”

Directors Malcolm D. Lee and Dito Montiel preceded Howard in speaking at the 11:30 a.m. ceremony in front of the El Centro Complex on Hollywood Boulevard, near the corner of Hollywood and Vine. Lee directed Howard in the 1999 romantic comedy-drama “The Best Man” and its 2013 sequel, “The Best Man Holiday.” Montiel directed Howard in the 2009 sports action drama “Fighting.”

The star is next to the star of his “Empire” co-star Taraji P. Henson. It is the 2,674th since the completion of the Walk of Fame in 1961 with the first 1,558 stars.

“Because my name is written in stone in Hollywood, as long as there's a Hollywood Boulevard, Terrence Howard will still stand,” he said.

Howard received a best actor Oscar nomination in 2006 as a Memphis pimp and drug dealer turned aspiring rapper in “Hustle & Flow.” Howard and Henson performed the movie's theme, “It's Hard out Here for a Pimp,” which won the Oscar for best original song.

Howard's other film credits include the 2004 best picture Oscar winner “Crash,” as a movie director whose SUV is pulled over by police officers; the 2004 Ray Charles biography “Ray,” as Charles' guitarist Gossie McKee; the 2011 Winnie Mandela biography “Winnie” as her husband Nelson Mandela; the 2013 historical drama, “Lee Daniels' The Butler,” as a neighbor of White House butler Cecil Gaines (Forest Whitaker); and “Iron Man” as Colonel Rhodes.

Born March 11, 1969, in Chicago and raised in Cleveland, Howard's love for acting was sparked in summers spent with his great-grandmother, actress Minnie Gentry.

Howard made his acting debut with two episodes of the ABC daytime drama “All My Children.” Later that year he co-starred in the ABC miniseries, “The Jacksons: An American Dream,” portraying Jackie Jackson.

Howard's first television series as a cast member was the short-lived 1993 CBS summer family comedy “Tall Hopes,” playing a high school basketball star.

Howard's first high-profile movie role was in the 1995 drama “Mr. Holland's Opus” as a high school athlete.

Howard appeared in the 2008 Broadway production of “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof” as Brick.
